Health data is a special category of personal data. We only process your health data when you have given explicit consent in the App or when the data has been anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.

1.1 These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you and MyMedicalData Systems AB (“MMD”, “we” or “us”) and govern your use of our mobile application Hälsa+ and related services (“the Application”).
1.2 By downloading the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Application.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend the Terms with thirty (30) days’ notice.
Continued use of the Application after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may terminate your user account if you do not wish to continue under the updated terms.
1.4 You may only use the Application if you: (i) are at least 16 years old;
(ii) have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under applicable law;
(iii) are not prohibited by law from using the Application;
and (iv) reside in a country where the Application is available.
1.5 When using the Application, we collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Application also uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2.1 MMD shall provide the Application with reasonable care and professional skill and shall strive for availability and operational reliability.
However, we are not liable for any interruptions or unavailability.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace parts of the Application for operational reasons, such as technical adjustments or increased user demand.
We strive not to reduce overall quality. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
2.3 The Application may contain data and software from third parties.
You agree to comply with any applicable terms from such third parties.
The Application may compare medical data from various user sources and match them against recommendations from, for example, 1177. MMD is not responsible for the results of these comparisons.
You can select to be redirected from Hälsa+ to an external AI model, where you can upload your data for analysis.This is a voluntary choice made by you.
Any data you choose to share outside of Hälsa+ is done at your own responsibility and is subject to the external service’s terms and privacy policy.
4.1 To use the Application, you must create a personal account.
You are responsible for ensuring your information is up to date and for keeping your login details confidential.
4.2 You agree to: • Immediately notify us if you suspect your password has been disclosed or if the Application’s security is at risk.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• You must not attempt to access information you are not authorized to access.
• You are solely responsible for data you upload. 4.3 You may not use the Application to: • Upload unauthorized information.
• Violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights. • Damage, overload, or disrupt the Application or other users.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code. 4.4 You may not, without explicit permission: • Copy, reuse, or distribute content in the Application.
• Rent out, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application. • Remove copyright notices or trademark protections.
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Application. • Automatically connect to the Application via API or other technology.
4.5 We may restrict or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms.
5.1 Certain features of the Application are only available via a paid subscription.
Details regarding price, scope, and billing are provided in the applicable subscription plan.
5.2 The subscription is automatically renewed unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you downloaded the Application.
5.3 We may change subscription fees but will notify you in advance.
Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6.1 If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights in the event of defects in the Application.
In case of defects, you may be entitled to remedy, price reduction, or cancellation under consumer protection laws.

7.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to MMD or its licensors.
7.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for personal use.
7.3 You may not: • Use the Application commercially without written permission. • Modify, copy, or reproduce the Application.
• Remove copyright notices or trademark protections.
8.1 The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee it will be free from interruptions, errors, or harmful code.
8.2 MMD is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Application, except where liability is required by law.
8.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid during the last twelve (12) months.
8.4 This app provides general health information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by Swedish law. 9.2 Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
If no solution is reached, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
9.3 Consumers have the right to submit disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for review.
When you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except for information that we are legally required to retain for a longer period.
